Welcome to my website.  This is a collection of cakes that I have made from the beginning to the most recent in the cake decorating world.  My sister and I signed up for the Wilton Cake Decorating classes back in 2008 and I was hooked from the start.  I became a Wilton instructor myself so I could take more cake classes from their school in Darien, IL.  After many hours in the kitchen and on youtube I have produced the creations you see today.  Although I have been in the aviation industry for the past seven years, it has been my dream to make specialty cakes as a career.   I am currently attending the French Pastry School in Chicago.  I study under Chefs and Master Cake Artists Nicholas Lodge, Mark Seaman, as well as Chefs and World Pastry Champions Scott Green and Joshua Jackson.  I also have an internship at Disney World beginning in January 2013!  Let the adventure begin! Back in October 2011 I was invited to be in a cake competition on Windy City Live TV show.  Buddy Valastro, of the TV series “Cake Boss” was the judge and picked my cake, “Turk”, as the winner!!!  It was a surreal experience to have my cake judged by Buddy and on live TV!!!  What’s next??
