This cake was made for the Orlando Museum of Art’s 90th Anniversary VIP celebration. The flowers are made out of gum paste, edible gold was used for the highlights, and the picture frames were made out of white chocolate with edible art. It was a lot of work but I am very happy with the outcome!
Sweeter than the Rest has turned to the dark side. Darth was sculpted out of rice crispy treats and the lightsabers were made out of fondant and disco glitter!
