Jackie had her birthday party at the Flamingo waterpark in Kissimmee, FL. We created a cupcake tower with zebra striped cupcakes and a flamingo cake topper. My favorite part of the cake is the 14 dusted with hot pink disco dust!
This cake was made for Alexis’ 19th Birthday! The cake is Coconut Rum with hand painted leopard print and a hot pink bow to top it off!
Who said elegant cakes are just for weddings? I designed this cake for Rafael and Kim who wanted to celebrate their birthdays in style at the Citrus Room Club in Orlando. They wanted something simple but elegant so they chose a classic wedding design filled with a combination of two of our delicious flavors, Red Velvet Sunrise for the bottom tier and Total Ambrosia Overflow for the top two tiers. Hopefully nobody got carried away and tried to eat the gum paste poppy!
I designed this cake for sisters who were celebrating their birthdays together. The case is made of red velvet cake, frosted with Italian buttercream and covered with vanilla fondant.
I made this cake for my summer drawing class. No matter what anyone says, summer school rocks!
The black square resembles a ‘view finder’ that we used in class. It would help put edges to what we were drawing. We also used it to trace our hands and leaves and then recreate the picture on sketch paper. Its true what they say, ‘anyone can draw!” (or cook?)
Hello again! Time is flying and I’ve already started my internship at Disney!! Graduation at the French Pastry School couldn’t have been better and I only wish I took more pictures!! My internship at Disney is until the end of May. I hope to learn as much as I can in the few short months and see what is in store for me next.
